Shipping policy

Give Me Sounds sells digital products only. Nothing we sell is physically shipped, so there are no shipping fees, carriers, or delivery windows to worry about.
How delivery works:
- Complete your purchase at checkout.
- Once payment is confirmed, your download link is delivered instantly to the email address you provided at checkout. A download button also appears on the order confirmation page.
- Click the link to download your files. We recommend downloading on a desktop or laptop computer, as some mobile devices handle large ZIP files poorly.
Didn't get your download? First, check your spam or promotions folder for the delivery email. If it isn't there within 15 minutes of purchase, contact us at [support email] with your order number and we'll resend your link promptly.
Download availability. Download links remain active for [number] days / [number] download attempts. Please save your files and back them up after downloading. If your link expires before you were able to download, contact us and we'll refresh it.
File formats. Our packs are delivered as ZIP archives containing audio files (typically 24-bit WAV). File formats and sizes are listed on each product page.
