These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the websites givemesounds.com and loops4producers.com (collectively, the "Sites") and all products and services offered by Give Me Sounds ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our Sites, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell digital audio products including sample packs, loops, one-shots, and related content ("Products"). All Products are delivered as digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products in your music productions. Specifically, you may:

  • Use the Products in personal and commercial music projects
  • Use the Products in tracks distributed on streaming platforms, sync licenses, and for sale

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Products as standalone audio files
  • Claim ownership of the original samples
  • Use the Products in competing sample pack products

3. Digital Downloads and Delivery

All Products are delivered digitally following payment confirmation. Downloads are made available immediately upon successful purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds once a download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at info@loops4producers.com and we will work to resolve it.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total amount displayed.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our Products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase. If a Product is defective or fails to download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@loops4producers.com and we will provide a replacement or resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites including product names, descriptions, branding, and audio content is owned by Give Me Sounds or its respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Site content without written permission.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Sites, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another person's account without permission.

8. Email Marketing

By subscribing to our mailing list, you agree to receive promotional emails from Give Me Sounds. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email. We will not sell your email address to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Give Me Sounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Sites or Products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
