All Sales Are Final
Because all products sold on Give Me Sounds are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and files have been delivered to the email address entered at checkout, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
We encourage all customers to listen to the audio previews available on each product page before purchasing. This gives you a clear idea of the sounds, style, and energy of each pack before you commit.
Download Issues
If you experience a technical issue with your download or did not receive your files after purchase, please do not submit a refund request. Contact us first at info@loops4producers.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will resolve the issue and make sure you receive your files.
Wrong Product Purchased
If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, reach out to us at info@loops4producers.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee exchanges, we will do our best to work with you and find a solution.
Duplicate Purchases
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, contact us immediately at info@loops4producers.com with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.
